Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Policy.
Public Art Works is committed to promoting equality, celebrating diversity, and fostering inclusion in all aspects of our work. We believe that creativity is strengthened by a wide range of perspectives, experiences, and voices, and we strive to create environments where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.

Considering access, visibility, and representation from the earliest stages of design
Creating work that avoids stereotypes and promotes positive, respectful representation
Designing projects that are physically, socially, and culturally accessible wherever possible

We embed EDI into delivery by:
Selecting accessible sites and considering physical, sensory, and cognitive access
Using clear, inclusive communication and interpretation
Providing multiple ways for people to engage (in-person, digital, participatory)
Working with diverse artists, makers, and specialists
Monitoring and reflecting on who we reach and how projects are experienced
